Shipping and Customs
Your vintage jeans will be shipped carbon-neutrally within Europe with DHL GoGreen Plus.
For deliveries to the UK, Norway, Switzerland and the USA, all customs duties and fees are included under the DDP Guarantee. We ship with DHL Premium GoGreen and use the PDDP service, we cover all customs and import fees, so you do not have to pay them yourself upon delivery.
We usually ship your order on the same day, or the next business day at the latest.
Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Estonia, Ireland, Croatia, Malta, Netherlands, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, USA, Australia.
Dispatch costs (including legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany) and selected European countries:
We do not charge any shipping costs.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
Canada costs 30 EUR / 48 CAD
USA 40 EUR-incl. DDP / 47 US dollar
Australia 59 EUR / 95 AUD
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2- 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 21 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made.
The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Shipping Transparency: Why We Deliver to These Countries
You might be wondering why we have chosen such a specific selection of European countries for delivery. As a small German business, we are subject to European packaging legislation (EPR). This legislation obliges us to take responsibility for the recycling of our shipping materials in every destination country.
We currently deliver to Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Croatia, Malta, the Netherlands, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary, because these countries:
• Offer clear exemption thresholds for small businesses—limits we strictly adhere to.
• Support recycling systems that we can co-finance remotely from Germany without massive bureaucratic overhead.
• Do not require unique national procedures (such as expensive local authorized representatives), which allows us to calculate fair shipping rates for you.
In this way, we ensure that every package we send reaches you in a manner that is 100% legally compliant and environmentally responsible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
