Shipping and Customs

Your vintage jeans will be shipped carbon-neutrally within Europe using DHL GoGreen Plus.

For deliveries to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, and the USA, all customs duties and fees are included under the DDP Guarantee. We ship with DHL Premium GoGreen and use the DDP service, covering all customs and import fees, so you don't have to pay them upon delivery.

We usually ship your order on the same or next business day. Estimated delivery times are:

Germany: 1–2 business days
Europe: 2–5 business days
UK: 7 business days
USA: 7–20 business days
Canada: 7–18 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
